Elliott Culp is the Founder of RTO Advisory. He brings more than a decade of experience in commercial banking, wealth management, and transaction advisory. His work has included capital structure evaluation, credit analysis, financial modeling, transaction structuring, due diligence coordination, and strategic advisory for privately held companies across multiple industries.
He has guided owners through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and succession planning initiatives, providing financial oversight and strategic direction throughout the transaction lifecycle. His diverse industry experience offers a cross-sector perspective on enterprise value creation and transition strategy.
Elliott holds degrees in psychology and sociology and earned an MBA in international business and finance, combining analytical discipline with a clear understanding of the human dynamics inherent in business transition.
